Greetings from Thesis & Research Partners. You accept these brief Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) by using and gaining access to our academic assistance services (“Service”).

1. Description of Service

For the only purpose of research, reference, study, and education, we offer custom-written and edited materials (“Product”). Final year projects, thesis development, support for research papers, and academic writing are among the services we offer.

2. Critical Ethical Disclaimer (Your Responsibility)

It is strictly forbidden to present the Thesis & Research Partners product, in whole or in part, as your own original work for official publication, academic credit, or grading.

By using our service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any abuse of the product that violates copyright laws or your institution’s regulations. We uphold a high standard of ethics and are not responsible for client abuse.

Note: Since these results rely on outside institutional variables, we cannot promise certain grades, publication acceptance, or a successful defense of your work.

3. Orders, Payment, and Refunds

Order Confirmation: Only once all required instructions have been given and full payment has been received can an order be confirmed.

Pricing: The task’s difficulty, academic level, and urgency (deadline) all affect the price. USD, PKR, ETC is used to quote all prices.

Refunds: Only instances of non-delivery or significant deviation from the original order requirements are eligible for refunds. Once work has started, there are no refunds based on grades or changes of heart. (For further information, see our separate Refund Policy 100% refund.)

4. Revisions and Quality Guarantee

As long as the revision request doesn’t alter the original order instructions, you are entitled to a certain number of free revisions within 14 days after delivery. We promise that the product will be produced by the scheduled deadline, be original, and be formatted correctly.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)

You obtain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the particular delivered product upon full and final payment for the service. We won’t publish, resell, or reuse your product.

6. General Terms

Confidentiality: Your usage of our service and any personal information you provide will be kept private.

Limitation of Liability: If the product is misused, we are not responsible for any indirect damages, lost earnings, or other repercussions.

Governing Law: Indian law governs these terms.
